Welcome to Pumpkin Porchscapes! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms in full.
1. Overview
Pumpkin Porchscapes provides curated fall porch displays featuring pumpkins, gourds, hay bales, and other seasonal decor. Our services include sourcing, designing, delivering, and setting up your display at your location in the Metro Detroit area (and surrounding service areas as specified).
2. Orders & Payments
All orders must be placed through our website and paid in full at the time of checkout. We do not accept changes or cancellations after an order is placed due to the custom and time-sensitive nature of our products. Extenuating circumstances are dealt with on a case-by-case basis
3. No Refunds or Exchanges
Due to the seasonal, perishable, and customized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for more details.
4. Delivery & Setup
We will deliver and, if purchased or included in your package, set up your Pumpkin Porchscape within the scheduled time window you selected during checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure a safe, accessible area for delivery and display. We are not liable for any damages to property if the area is not properly prepared or accessible.
5. Product Variations & Availability
Because we work with real pumpkins and natural decor, exact colors, sizes, and shapes will vary. We reserve the right to substitute comparable items if certain products become unavailable due to weather, harvest conditions, or supply issues.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website—including logos, product names, photos, and designs—is the intellectual property of Pumpkin Porchscapes and may not be used, copied, or distributed without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Pumpkin Porchscapes is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use our service, including but not limited to delivery delays, weather-related issues, or natural degradation of perishable items once delivered.
