At Pumpkin Porchscapes, we take pride in curating beautiful, seasonal porch displays delivered with care and intention. Due to the perishable nature of our products and the custom design service we provide, all sales are final.
No Refunds or Exchanges
Because each Pumpkin Porchscape is uniquely designed using real, seasonal items—including pumpkins, gourds, hay bales, and more—we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges for any reason. This policy helps us maintain the integrity, quality, and freshness of our service and products.
Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
If your order arrives significantly damaged or you receive the wrong porch package, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. While we do not offer refunds, we will do our best to resolve the situation and ensure you receive the quality you expected.
Please note that natural imperfections in pumpkins and seasonal items are expected and part of the charm of each display.
